Post Body

Hi I always wash and clean my camper roof every year with a special roof cleaner and conditioner. I have not had any issues with leaks or anything in the matter. A friend of mine does a cleaning and he also puts a coating on every year. Is that common practice? He has an older camper maybe 15 years old. Today as I was on Amazon looking for the product I use on my camper roof I'm getting alot of products to coat and seal my roof. So my question is is putting coatings on the roofs a common practice that everyone does? Is it meant for older roofs that the membrane looks worn or for roofs that had leaked?
