RV style sink in living space

Post Body

Hey there I’m starting to plan out a garage conversion for a living space for my mom moving in. It’s not a full ADU in order to keep cost down so I don’t have to drill into the concrete and there’s a bathroom on the other side of the wall.

However, I want to put in a small kitchenette with electrical appliances so she’d maintain independence. But I would like my mom to be able to have a sink. I have been exploring an RV style sink where it has a water tank. The water would be fed from the source tank to facet using a pump (and drain into grey water tank). But in order to have hot water, I would have to get a mini water heater which I suspect I would also have a pump for. Is there a way to do that set up? Not sure if I would need two separate pumps one for the water heater and one for providing water. How do you all do it?
