So I was bored today, and now we have a new plugin for lulz maps

The new plugin is called Random Unusual Effects. Basically, for every hat or misc you're wearing, it applies a random unusual effect to it.

It's funny seeing unusual effects on items that usually couldn't have them.

For instance, here's my Soldier wearing Blizzardy Storm Flair! (the cloud halfway down his body), Steaming Summer Shades, and Scorching Flames Lumbricus Lid.

The downside? If you have a hat that's already an unusual, it still applies a random effect to it. As far as I can tell, it didn't break set bonuses.

This is only enabled on lulz maps (after I fixed a slight coding error in it that is).
