along with scattered poetry collections and essays/short stories I didn't fully finish of course
Absolutely love Cixous! Please do read her. I don't feel the same about Nin re: her fiction, but yes she really lived and writes so well. I was re-reading the text ~
loved it, and I'm pretty sure it is (I borrowed from a friend so can't recall now). Was wanting to read it again after having read it in undergrad many years ago. And thank you <3
I have read all her erotica, I did like it but I most like reading her diaries
It's the only one from her I've read, and I think so? Unfortunately have chronic issues but I think I'll be able to read lots more this coming year <3
I'm biased and really like Richard Siken so think it's worth it, but may not be to you...
I liked it overall, and I think it spoke to me more as someone who also has chronic health issues (not her strongest work though). Would be curious to hear what you or others make of it!
I was in the mood for it and liked it! Nothing that blew me away though. I still need to read more by him

I didn't love it as much as I wanted to - I really liked the prose and academic setting, though I did not find myself caring much about Stoner or his family (and in general, not really drawn to works anymore that are about people just going through the motions of life). Thank you <3
