so i 23f got a repetitive strain injury on my right arm while dealing card as a casino dealer. i have went through a lot of pain on my elbow, wrist and right shoulder due to this for the past year. now its is little lesser than before. but if i do anything heavy or repetitive, i get ulnar nerve pain. also some dull pain on my right shoulder and hand. so i have to be careful. before i got the injury i had been lifting on and off for almost 6 months. i wasn't really successful on building any muscles in that period due to my inconsistency.

ever since i got this injury, my dream of building a muscular body has came crashing down. and it had left me with sadness and feeling of no control over my body.

i tried running however it gave me right knee and foot pain so i stopped. that was 6 month ago. overall , what ever i do it made me feel weaker so i just stopped doing any physical activities expect for my work

so i know there might not be any but i still wanna ask if there's any other way i can build muscles and make my body stronger than ever or at least be just fit and healthy while dealing with this issue.
