Porsche 911 GT3 R not available after buying premium... bug?

It's the undated Porsche 911 GT3 R available in the GT3 class and the ADAC Masters 2018. The 911 GT3 R (2019) is available, but the undated model is unavailable in-game. When I click it it has a "on sale, buy now" link, but when I click it says "nothing to buy."
Was this car removed or something, or is this some kind of bug? I don't see it when I search the store, but it has different liveries than what's available on the 2019 version.
