I am in the early planning stages for making a physical copy of a game book I'm making. I'm an author, so I have a good bit of experience with Amazon's KDP, which can do a hardback like I want, and will also allow me to buy copies at cost. But familiarity aside, I suspect there are likely better options. I do have a publish account on drivethru, but have only sold digital products there, so I have no real experience there.
What have y'all done? I like the print on demand model, so that I don't have to handle the shipping/taking on a large inventory, so want to stick with that. Otherwise, I'd love to hear your pros and cons.
Thanks!
