Weird situational magic uranium powers

Ok, so i have this low fantasy setting i'm working on. Failings and side effects of magic are a big part of it. 50% of the time being around magic all the time gives you cancer, but sometimes it gives you weird traits instead.
For example, there is a trait that allows you to cast spells by singing instead of making gestures. A trait that allows you to see without eyes. Or makes you have no detectable pulse and body odor.
I'm looking for more weird, fun, semi-situational ideas for those aberrations.
