Making objects appear one by one

Wow I post a lot of questions here.
So I'm trying to set an event where a bunch of sigils appear one by one (they're the event boxes on the sides of the square set of events between the two characters) and then have a large center sigil appear in the center (with it appearing at once, not having each part of it load up). I'm not sure how to approach this.
Still working on the area itself but I wanna know how to set the trigger so don't mind the empty space.
