Opinions on using Music assets from licensed games

I always wanted to know what everyone's take is on using assets such as music or splash art and using it on a RPGMaker game (a free one, using licensed assets without permissions in a paid game is full of nope)
I want to get some music from games like Last Remnant or Legend of Mana and use it for the battles, areas, scenes, etc but not sure how the community feels about it.
