MZ side view animation skip help

Super quick question, how do you disable that annoying slide in/out animation that your party's sprites have side view mode? The one that starts the battle or that you see when your party escapes, it's driving me crazy.

I'm using VS Battle Core, and for the life of me I can't find a way to disable it. I want all of the sprites to be in their final positions when the battle starts with that dumb slide in/out animation.

I tried opening up some of the files in VS Code, but I was getting token errors, so I gave up.
