Uchiha being held till trial in prison. Chang probably wouldn't have broken him out that same day but him forgetting entirely about the situation didn't help.
IMO Uchiha will get off on that charge since he tested negative for GSR and the cops otherwise have no proof he even shot at the cop. Any lawyer would be able to get him out of it.
Honestly I don't think a jailbreak would be worth, seeing as how bored Slim was after being permanently on the run. If I remember right, there's no expiration on a warrant for your arrest if you've escaped custody.

He was already downed about 3 minutes before he fell out after getting shot again I believe
