Shooting button not working?

Hey all, as my title partially says in some games I play on my Ally the button to shoot weapons does not want to work. Mainly in games like Saints Row and GTA 5. Other games work fine with aiming and shooting but for some reason the right trigger just won’t do anything in these 2 games at the very least. Is this a known issue? Or at least have any sort of resolution that isn’t just remapping the buttons? Please help, this is so annoying and just wanna play my games.

Edit: in the same games the trigger works for driving and such just not for shooting, the right bumper also tends to do the same thing.
