Weird circle on my screen guard

Hi Everyone, I just bought my RoGAlly and put a Spigen screen guard on it using the Ez Fit. Now I am getting this weird circle on it. Its not an air bubble I tried removing with a squeege. I have changed the tempered glass once, there was a similar spot on the earlier one as well. I cleaned the screen properly before installing the new one still this came up. Can someone please help me understand what this is? And do I need to get a new screen guard?
