Armory Crate can't BE installed after Cloud Recovery

I had to Recovery my Ally and everything works so far except for Armory Crate. Spend hours uninstalling with the tool from asus, deleting everything and installing but all ive tried led to a random Not specific Error which does Not let me Install. Also i noticed my Ally is Stuck at 0% in a Windows Update which does Not Download despite my fast Internet Connection. Anyone has an Idea how i could forced Armory Crate to Install and repair Windows Update without having to reset again ?
