Hey guys, so I bought a new Rog Ally, and for some reason, if I move it around with the windows start menu open, the menu just collapses. Say I'm walking, moving to another position, if i open that start menu, it goes away. It's extremely irritating. I was on an open chat with support, and I lost him by accident. All he was asking before I lost him was if all the software/drivers were updated, including BIOS, and he sent a link for the newest BIOS, but it's installed already. No updates in Windows, My Asus, or the Armory Crate.

Are there other places to check for updates? I just recieved my 2Tb SSD, and I'm holding off on installing it in case i need to return the thing.

Swear I have no luck, I had to return 3 gaming laptops before i got one that actually worked from Best Buy, and here I am, with something else not working right, from Best Buy.

Any suggestions would be a blessing. Thanks guys
