As the title suggets, I tried going into the Armory Crate software to perform an update as this device is still fairly new, and I am not able to get this update to go through it seems.
After I click update all, the updater opens up, and when clicking update, it just says the update failed, and that there is no firmware found in the folder whatever that means?
I had tried to update the system when I first got it, and I did see the RC71L update as well on the MyASUS app, but I thought at that time it had updated successfully, but no dice at all according to Armory Crate. Armory Crate still thinks I have not gotten this update, and it doesn't seem to get this update going properly.
Is there some way to manually update the firmware by downloading it off of ASUS's website, and putting it on a USB drive when botting into BIOS and installing it that way?
Would love any help <3 thanks guys! I think this might be why my Ally has had no many issues since I got it, I think I'm running the first BIOS versions, which from what I understand were pretty bug-ridden.
