Hey y’all - I just got one of these and was super excited for it, but it’s running terribly slow. I updated everything, installed the latest graphic card update and the bios has gone through 2 updates, but it can barely handle Fortnite on performance mode.

• Graphic settings have to be “low” on almost everything I’ve even disabled all the visualizations of windows 11.

• Is this just.. the way it is? I know it’s handheld gaming and it’s the Z1 but it’s almost unusable at this point.

• WiFi seems ridiculously slow. I speed test and it gets 200 but when downloading anything it’s going at like 5mbps.

• I also have the FPS capped at 60

Anyone have any advice?

Update for those asking it’s the base model not the extreme, but I the genre of games I play I figured it would be okay. Thinking about swapping for the better one.

Another update, I have returned for the extreme. Will keep ya posted for those interested.

Last one: Extreme is freaking amazing. I can’t even believe they sell the base one. No issues what’s so ever. Wi-Fi is still a little slow but graphic was crazy. Thanks y’all!
