Firmware Update Tool keeps popping up

Hey all, I've searched and can't seem to find anyone else having this issue. The tool keeps popping up saying I have an update, yet when I click update it says my firmware is up to date. It's done this about 5 times now, and I'm a little confused to what's going on. Anyone else see this or should I just return it? Also, I've tried restarting it, and it got stuck trying to restart. Secondly, I checked in MyAsus and it's saying the update has failed.
