Diablo 4 suddenly running horribly

Been loving diablo 4 on my ally, but it randomly became unplayable. It's stuttering horribly bad. Massive lag/stutters that make it legitimately unplayable. Getting around 15fps

I confirmed I'm running it in 720p, I did this by switching to 720p in armory crate, I reset everything else to default just to see if I could get it to run somewhat decent.

Have it running at 30w

Core isolation and the virtual machine thing is turned off

I have rebooted the device several times

Checked for updates in AMD software

What else can I try?
