Pretty sure I've had some form of Relationship Anxiety for 10 years. Never mattered if the relationship was actually good or not, I would just always be anxious about the "rightness" of my feelings. I'm also bisexual and spend lots of time feeling either ashamed or confused about that, which complicates the matter.
Therapy is covered by health insurance in my country but I'm terrified a regular therapist is just going to give me run of the mill relationship advice and I don't want to be humiliated like that. On the other hand, OCD/ROCD specialised therapists just seem so out of reach or mega expensive.
