I know this sounds shitty and that im probably an awful person but believe me, i am working to change this. Looking back to my past relationship, i used to seek reassurance by breaking up with them or making them insecure. I didn’t notice back then because it was my first relationship (i was 17), but since I saw that pattern of me being unstable i became more self aware about the issue. I stop myself everytime because its a never ending loop of 1- Feeling insecure about their feelings 2- Making them feel doubtful and scared to lose what we have 3- Feeling shitty about what i did and want to breakup again
