Please forgive my word choices, I'm new here and not entirely privy to the preferred lingo. Also, please forgive the generalization, I'm fully aware that every person experiences different things. I've noticed that quite a few posts are based on a model of "are they right for me." Is there anyone here that developed a "why am I not good enough for them, when are they leaving me" obsession, for lack of better terms. I'm a preoccupied anxious attachment style, from what I've gathered, and while I'm not diagnosed, I have checked off a great number of symptoms of rocd. Any insight to the actual depths and variety into what rocd looks like from real people and not Google would be fantastically appreciated.
