Dynamic Flex Craftsman- fixable?

I, a pedestrian, got hit by a bicycle today and subsequently hit the deck. My 6 month old dynamic flex craftsmans now look like this; very scratched and gouged. Do you think someone could mend this kind of superficial damage? I’m in inner Melbourne metro
