So the investment prospectus values the future Rocket Lab company at 4.8 billion dollars (4.1 billion enterprise value, 750 mil cash). Current VACQ holders will end up with 7% ownership of the new RKLB shares. VACQ has a current market cap of 478 million which means that current VAQC share purchasers are valuing the future RKLB company at 6.82 billion dollars which is a 40% premium to the Rocketlab value as stated by its own prospectus, 478 mil VAQC Mkt Cap x 14.28.

6.8 billion is 40x the estimated EBITA for 2025. As a kiwi I really want to invest in this company, Peter Beck is great. Rocketlab has a lot of the same charisma as SpaceX. Love to hear peoples thoughts on the valuation.

Does anyone know if VAQC shareholders will receive any warrants as part of the merger deal?

TLDR VAQC is trading at a 40% premium to its future RKLB value.
