The rules

The 4 polls must be conducted by ABC News, CNN, Fox News, NBC News, The New York Times/Siena College, Quinnipiac University, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post. The polls must be conducted between the dates of Aug. 1, 2024, and Sept. 3, 2024

That one month time window combined with the small list of accepted pollsters is ridiculous, especially considering pollsters can and do format the questions to discourage selecting third party candidates. Even CNN had a relatively generous window of over 3 months. Hopefully maybe FEC can get involved here.

Edit: well according to Twitter it looks like he isn't even aware ABC is doing the debate, he seems to think Fox is?? Could someone on his campaign please let him know...
