I have a million. If you feel you need that information I'll be happy to provide it, but it would be a lot of work. I did whitelist reddit in Ghostery but it did not help.
Did you read the known issues and search /r/RESissues?
I don't think I saw it in the known issues and search doesn't return a result for "hightlighttoplevel" here or in /r/Enhancement.
