Need clarity on the bonus card deal right now

Edit: I called support.
The purchase must be made between Aug 15 and Aug 24.
The bonus card is good for Sep 6-15. The bonus card code gets sent on Sep 5
You can earn 10% back on the purchase, they count as payment methods as I thought I remembered, they don't count as discounts.
You can use both the gift card and bonus card on one transaction.
I'm looking at something that's not on sale and I will wait the extra week to get it.
