I miss the joy in life

I was just looking through old pictures of myself and honestly 6 years ago I was happy. Had my first kid on my shoulders now it's 2 days in and I think the shakes are the worst. This is the husband of the group. Not the wife. Just looking for that sense of community to help get through it.
