Interesting article. Are ppl buying at inflated prices and increased rates bc of FOMO or is there another driver?
I spoke with a RE agent and they said to me, āThere was only one time in the last 100 years where homes depreciated.ā Is it that train of thought thatās pushing FOMO? Will homes continually increaseā¦forever?
