Why would I sell when I have multiple sub 4% mortgages and rental takes have skyrocketed, these things are my retirement. Good luck for people who sat on the sidelines, it’s impossible to enter now.

well in my case property values are irrelevant, I’m never selling and cash flow extremely well on my properties. nobody needs to join, and unless we have a massive population collapse or a massive increase in supply, it’s not changing.
