Graphical glitches after alt tabbing, changing volume etc - in general when something overlays the screen

Every time I change volume, alt tab out of the game etc there's some glitchy pixelated box in place where something overlayed the screen Here's video: https://streamable.com/g0wm7i Does anyone has idea what may cause this? My game, drivers and windows are updated, I'm running RTX2060
