how to save while cheating ?

is there anyway to unlock all outfits with the cheat and now save, I cant stand the outfit trainer cause every time i try to save my outfit or talk to a trader it removes my clothes, and I dont fully understand how to use the save file editor tool, I activate all the outfits and clothes but then it doesnt show up in game. Thank you all
