Help needed - Arabian horse rare

Hey folks
I am trying to capture the rare arabian horse that would be located near Lake Isabella. I got killed by the steed first time i was there and been going up a few times after that but still no luck og sight of that horse. Is my chances gone or will it appear for me again?
Also anyone got any great tricks for capturing it?
