No 4K resolution option in settings from my 4090 laptop.

I have a 4K laptop that runs every other game fine in 4K. For some reason when I go into settings highest resolution setting is 2560x1440 I believe.
Can anyone please help me out with this?
Iād love to run the game in 4K without using the upscaler.
