Does anyone Know What happened to Nine Eagles and Heli-Max?

As their site is gone. And no forums mention it Going out of business; which I assume as they have not released anything for about eight years.

The thing that I feel, is that the company's brands and designs were sold to XK like their EC145 RC Heli, as it is identical to the XK K124, Just different canopy design etc. And either Nine Eagles became OR was purchased as a Brand by YU XIANG RC (YXZNRC). Especially as YXZNRC now makes RC Heli models for other companies and rebranded. Like the Original Nine Eagles Solo Pro 319 Blackhawk Is almost identical to the YXZNRC F09 Blackhawk, albeit larger and with GPS and enclosed battery etc.

Especially as the Eachine E200 BlackHAWK was the first release after Nine Eagles Solo Pro 319.

Just curious, as I can't find anyone mention the confirmed situation what happened to NINE EAGLES.

Also their J6 Tx is identical to the one that comes with the XK K124 Eachine E200 YXZNRC F09

So can anyone confirm the obvious lol. As I haven't found any concrete announcements about the company and it's models sold Nine Eagles becoming YXZNRC.

The EC145 from airbus without fenestron was officially licensed to HELI-MAX Nine Eagles as you can see in pics.
