I have never made an account on Pinterest, as far as I can remember, and I've never used it beyond clicking links from Google images.
This account I found while I was Googling myself is registered under my full first and last name (I have a very uncommon last name), my first initial and last name are the username, and an old picture of my face from my Tumblr from ~13 years ago is the profile picture.
The account has a bunch of collections of pins from 11–12 years ago, when I was 12/13 years old. It's been inactive since then. Most of the pins are on subjects I don't care about (foods I don't/didn't like, shows I've never watched, Christian self-help books that I have never been interested in reading), so there's no way I made this account and forgot about it. None of the content is weird or disturbing, just a lot of fashion pictures, recipes, DIYs, memes, etc. that were popular around 2012.
The most unnerving part about the account is the profile picture. My Tumblr account didn't have my full name anywhere on it. TBF, I used Tumblr when I was in my early teens and probably wasn't that smart about Internet safety, but it would have taken someone some digging to associate my full name with that picture. I can't imagine why someone would have wanted to do any amount of digging at all. I was not even a little bit "Tumblr famous" (had like 30 followers).
Who would have done this, and why? I don't know why someone would make a normal Pinterest under the name of some random middle schooler.
