The man who perpetrated CSA against me (f25, then 2-4) and multiple others close to me has been on my mind lately, for a number of reasons. (Yes I am in therapy, yes I am supported and safe). I want to confirm whether he is dead or alive, in jail or not, and potentially what Australian state he is living in. I have no idea how to go about this, but I’m hoping with the info I have, someone can help me.

My family is non-contact with this man across the board (he is a relative), and there have been restraining orders in place to protect his mother from him. I know his birth name, his approximate age (though can get confirmation of date if it would help), where he grew up, where he has lived and the names/dob of his parents and siblings. I know he has been in jail in multiple states, definitely for domestic violence, assault and drug charges among other things. Last confirmed contact with anyone in my family was 2020 (he phoned his mother, who hung up and called police).

Any advice or direction would be appreciated. Obviously will not be sharing exact details publicly for safety and privacy concerns, but would like guidance on what databases or searches I should try.
