After rebuilding a couple of evod heads, I decided to get an Igo-s and play around with it. The first coil was honestly kind of crap; 4 bad wraps, and I didn't meter it, but it didn't burn my face off. I'm using an Ego twist battery, by the way. I decided to rebuild tonight, actually figured out how long I needed my coil, and actually took care wrapping it. In the end I came out with a 7 wrap coil that, depending on where I measure with my multimeter (center pin to threads, positive top screw to neg screw, or the bottom post holes where I actually have the coil inserted), it meters out to either 63 ohms, 11.5 ohms, or 2.4, respectively. Since I only used about 2 1/4 inches of 28 ga kanthal a-1, and my face isn't currently on fire, I'm going to go with a successful, 2.4 ohm coil on this one.
