Y’all, I don’t normally interact with my postal workers (they’re very nice I’m sure, I just prefer to do everything online and never have to do anything but go in to check my P.O. Box) but they recognized me today anyway. 😂
Postal worker as I’m paying for some packages: “Are you the lady that does the penpal stuff?” Me: “Um….yes….did you recognize the name?” Postal worker: “Yeah, you’re the only one who gets envelopes with stickers and stuff.” Second postal worker: “Yeah, if I see a postcard with stickers, I don’t even look at the name.”
It’s weird but I kind of love it 😅
