Any advice for keeping track of mail sent/received?

Hello, friends! As we head into 2022, I really want to start keeping track of the number of cards/postcards I send out and receive (and ideally what countries I send stuff to), but I have no idea what the best way to do this is. I could just write it in a notebook, but I thought I'd check if anyone knew of some magical app or something where I could easily compile this info.
