Looking for someone to help distribute mail, preferable in Europe!

I really would like someone from Europe to help me distribute mail worldwide, the post office is being weird again and is charging me wayyy too much to send to US to distribute. In exchange for postage I can give you supplies that's worth the amount of it, I can send you supplies by artists from my country so you'd definitely be unable to commonly find them. I can also offer handmade stuff that's the same value, I can show what I make if you are interested.
