Where do you get your extra postage stamps?

I've gotten several cards recently with really cool vintage(?) stamps and I think it's a really nice/interesting touch to add to the envelopes! I'm boring, so I normally just get my stamps off the USPS website and didn't think of this as an option! I'm curious - where do you get these cool vintage stamps? Do you get them in bulk?
I'd also like to just take a moment to appreciate the fact that the new additional ounce stamp is a little bunny.
