Hello,
My partner is trying to send a postcard to a friend she has in Costa Rica. Costa Rica doesn't really have addresses, they just use random directions, so even her friend who is Costa Rican doesn't know how to receive mail. Has anyone mailed something to Costa Rica before? Can anyone help us figure out how to send it please? We have her friend's ID # which I guess might be necessary.
