Hey y’all,
Just curious: how do you see your carding hobby interact with your mental health? Does it help it, hinder it, benefit from it? From personal experience, I see a constant ebb and flow with my mental illness/health and my interaction with the sub and cards. Our hobby is so interpersonal in nature it’s bound to affect our mental state some way. Is this too personal? Am I Dr. Phil right now? I’m one of those people who promotes vulnerability with my mental illness, so I can sometimes forget that people are private about these things. Let me know your thoughts! (Or don’t—please do whatever is right for you.)
