I recently posted a request that got a lot of action (because the RAoC community is the best group of humans in the galaxy!) When I was replying to people via DMs, the big Reddit overlords decided to ban my account for 3 days for 'spamming'. Obviously I did not reach out to anyone who didn't request my address, or do anything shady, because that's just not the RAoC way!

When I reached out to a couple of people after I was invited back from exile, they had similar experiences when they posted a popular offer or request?!

Is this a thing? Is there a limit on how many people you can message in a certain amount of time? Does anyone know what the actual limit is?

I really don't want to break any rules, and now I'm kind of scared to DM anyone?!
