Probably a silly question I know, but I thought I’d ask because this hasn’t happened to me before and I figured someone from this group may know!

I ordered some stamps online a week or so ago, including the Love stamps that I don’t think release until later this week - I could purchase them online through the USPS website but they of course said “preorder” which was fine. I ordered a sheet of those along with a couple other stamps currently in stock, paid, and went through checkout.

But I checked my bank history - I see where I was charged & then refunded what I paid for my order? And it’s not in my order history on my USPS account? Has this ever happened to anyone else? Is it because some of my stamps were on pre-order and they’ll recharge me again when they release? Just wanna check before I potentially place a double order!
