Does anyone know if printed/patterned envelopes can be sent in the mail?

I’ve started making cards with matching envelopes that I would love to sell locally but also offer in the subreddit!!! 😆 Assuming I of course put a stamp and a sticker with the address on the envelopes, would they reach their destination? I know post offices put their own info and stuff at the bottom, so I’m not sure my designs would be mail-friendly.
I’m considering going and asking my local post office too, but I wanted to see if anyone on here knew first!
