Okay here is the deal,

I don't have an income (I have an "allowance" of $30 a month towards whatever I may want as the rest of my little money is to cover personal stuff like hygiene, some snacks or one coffee, and such) and I want to be very frugal as to where to use it.

I have seen some of you getting old stamps that I love, and some of the time these stamps are from.resellers that sell them a Lil bit cheaper due the fact that they are older and have other face values, etc

my question is.... WHICH SELLERS? WHERE? I already blew my allowance this month and didn't get stamps. 🙃 I know I will be looking at a really little of a discount, and I do not want to support counterfeit/fake items so... please point me in the right direction? I am just your friendly neighborhood broke ass carder. Thanks for reading!
