I'm sure someone has mentioned it before, but I haven't seen it and I just wanted to share just in case. One of the "heroes" in the movie can control rats and has a VERY adorable and friendly rat sidekick. Rats are also presented in a pretty good light and I wouldn't be surprised if the movie generates more interesting in adopting rats. Also whoever did the rat cgi must be a ratfan, the rats are very realistically rendered and aside from the goofy anthropomorphism, they have very familiar behaviors to all of us.
Anyway if you can stomach the tremendous amount of gore and violence in the movie, I definitely recommend it for the rattimes. Also it is a pretty good movie in general.
